Supermarkets vs. Warehouse Clubs

I read this article this morning about how supermarkets are suffering in the recession but warehouse clubs are doing better (to read the article, click here). It makes me sad because if people knew how much they could be saving by simply using coupons and stockpiling, they would shop at the supermarkets. Don't get me wrong, warehouse clubs have their place. I buy diapers and wipes for my kids there, as well as bread and milk (which rarely have coupons), and gas for my car and my grill. But, I have found that for pretty much everything else, I can get it really cheap or even free if I combine my coupons with the weekly sales ad at my local grocery store. SAVE MORE! That's my motto.
